At VIZZ, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

⚠️ Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at vizzlens@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it and place a new order.
